All Your costs You have to pay via DHL or other delivery partners system - VAT, Taxes. The courier delivery is a garantee that the item You've just bought leaving the Eu, and You will receive with a help to manage the VAT and all Taxes. If You are not part of The Eu, do not mnd, You can pay Your local taxes and VAT when You get the product. The shipping cost fees are the same, all carts shows the correct costs for delivery.
